Specialist Yoga Classes for Children and Teenagers blending traditional Yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques with music, movement and a serious amount of fun. Nurturing happy, healthy bodies and minds.

Classes are taught with creativity, energy and flair by our Specialist Children’s Yoga Teachers. Classes are ideal for after school clubs, play-dates or parties!

We work closely with schools, and parents to build fun programmes that support children’s emotional, physical and mental well being. Structuring classes to the needs and interests of each individual group or child.

Each Yoga Class features creative themes, games, fantastic routines, world music, yoga-props, and above all – Yoga Positivity!

Our Yoga Classes are suitable for children aged 2-18 and can be taught in groups or on a one-to-one basis. Classes can be booked to be taught at your home, school, nursery or club within London.
Classes make ideal After School Clubs, Workshop Days/ end of term treats, Birthday Parties, Play-dates….the possibilities and benefits are endless!

Yoga fun for little yogis with creative exercises, stories and games.

Stretch, twist, bend and balance as you walk through the jungle, fly to space….

A playful and interactive experience designed to stimulate the imagination, build confidence and coordination, whilst developing social and communication skills.

Finishing with enchanting guided visualisations/relaxations to promote good sleepzzzzzzzzzz!

Warrior Team

An energising and exciting yoga class for children. Mixing and moving yoga shapes in dynamic routines and games.

Embark on a journey of discovery and learn some funky new postures. Find your balance, confidence, flexibility and strength. Then chill out to finish with guided relaxations.

Chill Team

A relaxing yoga class for teenagers, set to cool music to invigorate, de-stress and stretch.

Move, twist, bend and balance your way through creative sequences of seated and standing postures, forward and backward bends. Then chill with some seriously good breathing and relaxation techniques.

A great way to recharge growing bodies, promote positivity and a healthy body image. Subtly encourages self awareness, self confidence, self respect, or as the yogis practice- Ahimsa- non harm.

Yoga style play-dates.

Gather together a little team of friends and host a Yoga Class at your house.

This fun-filled Yoga Class is planned especially for your child, with a similar approach to our Mini and Warrior Teams, you or your child can choose a favorite theme for each Yoga Class of stretching, relaxing, Yoga fun!

Mummy and Me Team

2 at-home Yoga Classes: one for you and one for your child.

Our 2 expert Yoga Teachers will run two Yoga Classes simultaneously: one fun, creative, active yoga class for your child/children, one lovely Yoga Class for you, so you focus on your own yoga practice.

This special Yoga Class can be booked for you and your child or shared with you and your children’s friends.
